This is a checker for any file-related problems. If a file corrupts because of harmful infected games/malware, this will use cmd commands to fix vandalized files. It will also forcefully shut down your PC in a form that prevents ANY PROCESS from running if chosen to. (it does not stop the OS files from handling the PC's power state)
Is this an actual antivirus to use after virus attacks?
That is a difficult question to answer. You don't need this though it makes it easier to do.

Install instructions
The zip file contains a folder filled with files making an application. The application shows how to use the tools. You have to extract the whole zip before opening. If you have hidden files on in view, please don't play with the files because they will be destroyed.
